GUESTROOM DEPOSIT: Non-refundable deposit, one (1) night room and tax collected at time of reservation. Remaining Balance collected thirty (30) days prior to arrival.
SUITE DEPOSIT: Non-refundable deposit, 50% of balance collected at time of reservation. Remaining Balance collected ninety (90) days prior to arrival.
CANCELLATION: Guestrooms cancelled within 30 days of 3:00 P.M. arrival are NON-refundable. Suites canceled within 90 days of 3:00 P.M. are NON-refundable.
OCCUPANCY: Guestrooms (Deluxe & Hot Tub) are based on a two person occupancy. Guestrooms (Luxury) are based on a four person occupancy. Suites (Garden, Blue Heron, Island View, Sunrise Beach, Sunset Cove & Osprey) are based on a four person occupancy. Suites (Bay Breeze, Harbour View, Horizon, Shoreline and Chesapeake) are based on six person occupancy. Once the occupancy limits have been met there is an additional $35.00 per person per day, plus tax for those ages 13 and over and an additional $10.00 per person per day, plus tax for those ages 3 to 12.
PHYSICAL PROPERTY: Guests shall use the Inn property for temporary residential purposes. The guest and all invitees who are using the property must comply with all rules and regulations of the Inn, the terms stated herein, and with all local and federal laws. Failure to do so shall constitute grounds for immediate termination of the reservation and the Guest and invitees right of occupancy.
SMOKING: All rooms are non-smoking. If this rule is violated by anyone in the room, there shall be a $250.00 deep cleaning fee accessed to the account of the responsible Guest. Additionally, any costs generated due to damage done by smoking in the room, will be charged to the responsible Guest's account.
NOISE COMPLIANCE: Between the hours of 11:00 P.M. and 7:00 A.M. we ask that courtesy be extended to your fellow hotel Guests in regards to noise. Please observe the following: no loud talking, yelling, or screaming and no slamming of room or car doors. Also, please keep music and television sound levels to a minimum.
MISUSE OF ROOM: If the room has been used for anything other than temporary residential purposes, and extensive cleaning is required, the responsible Guest's account will be charged a minimum of $100.00 for additional cleaning.
MISSING OR DAMAGED INN PROPERTY: The replacement charges for any missing or damaged Inn property, whether in the room or the common areas, shall be charged to the responsible Guest's account. These items may include, but are not limited to: wash cloths, hand towels, bath towels, spa towels, bed linens, pillows, mirrors, hair dryers, damaged windows, walls, or beds.
PERSONAL PROPERTY: Guests who bring their own personal property and valuables to the Inn do so at their own risk. The Inn shall not be held liable for its care, custody, or protection.
PET POLICY: The Inn has a "no pets" policy. If it's found that this policy has been violated and a pet has entered a room, $100.00 per evening will be charged to the responsible Guest's account.
