How far is the Inn from Washington DC?

The Inn is located approximately 30 miles east of Washington, DC. We’re conveniently located on the western shore of the Chesapeake Bay with no need to cross Maryland’s Bay Bridge to experience all that the Bay has to offer!

What parking options are available?

Complimentary parking is conveniently located near the Inn.

Do you have Wi-Fi?

Complimentary, high-speed Wi-Fi access is available to all guests. Our luxury rooms have CAT5 cable receptacles for wired access.

Does the Inn offer breakfast?

Breakfast is available at the Chesapeake Market & Deli just steps from the Inn. Ketch 22, also located onsite, offers a weekend brunch.

Does the Inn offer dine-in room service?

We do not offer room service at this time. We’re happy to help you arrange reservations for Ketch 22 or direct you to menus for carry out.

Does the Inn have a fitness center or fitness classes?

Our fitness center is open daily 8:00am – 8:00pm The center includes treadmills, stationary bikes, an elliptical machine, free weights, and a resistance trainer. We also offer seasonal outdoor yoga and fitness classes.

Do we have access to the resort amenities on the day of departure?

Your Resort Passes will be valid until 11:00am on your day of departure.

Do you have a spa on site?

There is a hair salon on site. Additional spa services are within a 10-minute drive.

Are laundry facilities available?

Coin operated laundry facilities are located on the resort property and available for guest use. We do not offer dry cleaning services.

What are the check-in and check-out hours?

Check-in is at 3:00pmCheck-out is at 11:00am.

Does the Inn offer early check-in or late check-out?

Early check-in and check-out are possible based on availability. You can request early check-in or late check-out by calling or by texting us through Ivy, our digital concierge. Fees apply.

If we arrive early, can we use the resort facilities?

You can request a resort pass for the use of our amenities prior to check-in. Fees apply.

What is the payment policy?

Payment is due prior to check-in. We accept all major credit and debit cards. We do not accept personal checks.

What are your deposit and cancellation policies?

Our deposit and cancellation policies depend on the type of reservation booked. Policies will be noted in the terms and conditions when booking. Deposits are non-refundable.

Do you have a minimum age requirement for booking a room?

We require booking guests to be at least 21 years of age.

Can we add guests to our room after booking?

Contact the Inn office to ensure your room has the capacity to accommodate additional guests. All guests must have a Resort Pass to be on property and to use the beach and other amenities. Additional fees may apply.

Do you accept AAA, AARP or offer any other discounts?

We offer seasonal promotions and packages.

Do you offer gift certificates?

Gift certificates are available.

Can you book through travel agents?

All reservations are made directly with the Inn through our website, by phone or in-person.

Why does your website show a different rate than the one provided by your reservation specialist?

The website will reflect the average of the daily rates for the selected date range.

What are the Inn’s front desk hours?

November–March:8:00am–8:00pm.
April–October:8:00am–10:00pm.

Will I have an after-hours contact?

You will be given after-hours contact information upon check-in.

We would love to help you make your special occasion a memorable one! Please contact us as early as possible to make these arrangements.

Can you help me design my visit to the Inn and the area?

Absolutely! We welcome the opportunity to help you explore and enjoy both on-resort and off-resort activities! Contact us and view our Experience section to start planning your visit to the region.

Can I have a package delivered to the hotel?

We’re happy to receive packages on your behalf. We do require that a reservation is made prior to accepting packages for a guest. Please address the package to the Inn and to the guest’s attention, like this:

What is the Inn’s pet policy?

Our rooms have a no pet policy. Perfect Pet Resort will be happy to provide your pet their very own vacation while you stay at the Inn with us! Service animals are welcome as per the ADA. Please note, service animals cannot be left unattended in any area of the Inn.

How many rooms & suites do you have?

We are a boutique Inn with 34 rooms and 11 unique suites. Please book early to reserve your desired accommodation!

Are your hot tub rooms private?

Only your room has access to your hot tub patio area which is open to the sky, but surrounded by outdoor privacy walls.

Are all of your rooms located in the same area?

Rooms and suites are located within the Inn Courtyard except for three suites that are within the marina complex. Those suites have marina views and are a short walk to the Inn. Please see Suite descriptions or contact us to help you choose your perfect accommodation!

Does the Inn have any connecting rooms?

The hotel has a few adjoining rooms. Please discuss this request with our reservation specialist upon booking.

Do you offer extended stays?

Yes! We offer extended stays in our suites during the off season. These stays require a minimum of 30 days to be eligible for a discounted rate.

Is the Inn family-friendly?

Off course! We welcome families with children to stay and enjoy our many amenities.

Does the Inn recommend any local activities?

Indeed! There are many! We can help you DIY your local area exploration. Our guest services team and event concierge would love to share some of the area’s most unique and charming features and activities. Check out our Experience section for new ideas.

We have accessible rooms and suites. Please contact us to help you select the options that best meet your needs.

What are your COVID-19 protocols?

We’re committed to the health and safety of all guests and team members. With guidance from the CDC and state agencies, we’ve implemented practices like social distancing, hand sanitizing stations throughout the property, and safety plexiglass partitions at the front desk.

Additionally, each room has a private, outdoor entrance with no need to travel through bustling hallways or crowded elevators.

How much interaction is there between different groups of guests?

All rooms and suites are accessed through private entrances from the outside with no elevators or shared indoor common areas so interaction between parties is very limited.
