We collect the following only when it’s necessary to us by you or by a third party (such as a travel agency) on your behalf. Data is collected when it is provided through forms on the website, applications, over the phone, through physical mail, or in-person.
The Site doesn’t collect, save or store any personal data from you while you simply browse this website, unless you voluntarily provide it to us such as an online booking or online information request.
You should let us know immediately if you become aware that your personal information has been provided to us by another person without your consent or if you did not obtain consent before providing another person’s personal information to us.
If you believe that any information we are holding on you is incorrect or incomplete, please write to or email us as soon as possible to email@example.com We will promptly correct any information found to be incorrect.
We use your information to respond to you for the reason you contacted us. We will not share, sell, rent, trade, license or disclose your information with anyone and/or any third party outside The Inn unless necessary to fulfill your request.
When making a reservation through Site, you will be linked to a reservation interface and third-party booking engine provided by TravelClick. Both you and The Inn agree that this dispute resolution procedure is a condition precedent that must be satisfied before initiating any litigation or filing any claim against the other party.
IF ANY DISPUTE CAN NOT BE RESOLVED BY THE ABOVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEDURE, YOU AGREE THAT THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE JURISDICTION FOR SUCH DISPUTE WILL BE DECIDED BY BINDING ARBITRATION ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS. ARBITRATION ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS MEANS THAT YOU WILL NOT HAVE, AND YOU WAIVE, THE RIGHT FOR A JUDGE OR JURY TO DECIDE YOUR CLAIMS, AND THAT YOU MAY NOT PROCEED IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE CAPACITY. Other rights that you and we would have in court will not be available or will be more limited in arbitration, including discovery and appeal rights. All such Disputes shall be exclusively submitted to the alternative dispute resolution we select, in our sole discretion for binding arbitration under its rules then in effect in the State of Maryland before one arbitrator to be mutually agreed upon by both parties.
